Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
2. Understand student/parent needs and suggest suitable courses or learning solutions.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and closing.
4. Follow up regularly with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maximize conversions.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM tools.
6. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
