About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to develop functional and aesthetic design concepts
2. Prepare detailed layout plans, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations
3. Select appropriate materials, color palettes, furnishings, and finishes
4. Coordinate with architects, civil teams, and MEP consultants to ensure design feasibility
5. Prepare and maintain BOQs and material boards for client approvals
6. Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per approved drawings
7. Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely execution
8. Make timely revisions based on client feedback and project changes
9. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies
10. Ensure designs comply with safety, accessibility, and local regulatory standards
