About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead the design process for assigned customers from initial meeting to order booking and final design approval
2. Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver optimal home design solutions
3. Prepare quotations, detailed designs, and production drawings for manufacturing
4. Manage and execute multiple design projects simultaneously
5. Analyze sales reports, monitor project turnaround time (TAT), and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2-year diploma in interior designing or architecture from a reputed institution
2. Site experience is mandatory, with the ability to ensure proposed designs are installation-friendly
3. Customer-centric approach in providing functional, aesthetically pleasing, and budget-conscious designs
4. Prior experience with residential projects is required
5. Proficiency in Google SketchUp software
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting and defending design ideas and pricing
7. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of the local language is desirable
