About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and approach potential streamers, creators, and influencers from international markets
2. Deliver compelling pitches and demos to onboard creators onto Glitchover
3. Drive lead generation, outreach, and conversion through email, social media, and networking
4. Maintain and manage relationships with creators
5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape global growth initiatives
Requirements:
1. 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, influencer partnerships, or creator economy roles
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Familiarity with global streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.)
4. Comfortable with international outreach, cold messaging, and virtual pitches
5. Passion for gaming, content creation, or the creator economy is a huge plus
