Job Role: International Sales Specialist
Mode of Work: Work from Office
Shift timings: Night Shifts (9PM to 6AM)
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Key responsibilities:
1. Drive Sales Growth by making outbound calls and following up on leads.
2. Identify and Qualify Opportunities to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
3. Build Customer Relationships through consistent communication and support.
4. Understand Customer Needs and offer tailored product/service solutions.
5. Provide Product Information via calls and emails, highlighting features and benefits.
6. Maintain Customer Database of current and potential clients.
7. Upsell and Cross-Sell based on market insights and customer profiles.
8. Stay Informed on Competitors to position offerings more effectively.
9. Support Pre- and Post-Sales Queries to ensure client satisfaction.
10. Contribute Strategically by researching market trends and improving sales approaches.
