About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Receive and process all purchase orders in accordance with specified terms
2. Ensure timely delivery of materials and related documentation
3. Update systems with latest delivery and inventory information
4. Document all outgoing rejected and excess received materials
5. Conduct periodic stock verification and maintain accurate records
6. Ensure adherence to safety regulations for personnel and material handling
7. Safeguard raw materials stored in inventory
8. Arrange timely disposal of scrap from store custody
9. Perform perpetual verification of five items daily and document findings
10. Coordinate with other departments for smooth material flow
11. Conduct physical inventory checks every six months
12. Review environmental aspects and impacts, including significant impact studies
13. Reconcile and update stock data monthly
14. Handle material packing and dispatch
15. Perform quality checks on materials
Desired candidate profile:
1. Basic computer knowledge is essential
2. Graduate or postgraduate in any field
3. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and computer processing
4. Preferably familiar with computer operating systems
5. Able to operate and monitor multiple systems and peripherals simultaneously
6. Strong ability to prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines
7. Flexible to work additional hours when required
8. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
9. Excellent oral and written communication in English
10. Good negotiation and soft skills for handling clients via phone
11. Freshers with good communication skills may apply, even from non-medical backgrounds
Salary details:
1. Up to ₹2 LPA
2. Negotiable based on knowledge and experience
