Key responsibilities:1. Handle end-to-end core IT recruitment for both permanent and contractual positions.
2. Hire for junior, mid-level, and senior roles, including contract-to-hire profiles.
3. Source candidates using job portals, internal databases, and professional references.
4. Maintain and update interview and candidate status reports for all open positions.
5. Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with candidates through each stage.
6. Manage salary negotiations to ensure offer acceptance and maximum closures.
7. Follow up with candidates from the interview phase to onboarding.
8. Work with product-based and service-based clients across various roles.
