In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, managing inventory levels, and ensuring accurate financial records. If you have a strong understanding of Tally and MS-Excel, along with excellent communication skills, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and excel in your career.Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain day-to-day financial records in Tally.
2. Prepare Sales invoice, inward / outward challan
3. Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
4. Monitor and record inventory movement in coordination with store personnel.
5. Carry out monthly stock audits and generate inventory reports
6. Maintain accurate inward/outward stock entries
7. Coordinate with purchase, store, and production teams for material flow
8. Ensure timely reconciliation of inventory and accounting records
