So we are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for design and a strong skill set in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, MS-Office, effective communication, coordination, empathise with design,and taking action to get work done. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting hands-on projects and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals.Key Responsibilities:
1. Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
2. Develop design concepts and present them to clients and team members.
3. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project deadlines are met.
4. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design projects.
5. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
6. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input on design decisions.
7. Stay current on industry trends and technology to continuously improve design skills.
