About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Design Development
Assist in creating conceptual and schematic design presentations.
Develop 2D drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and similar software.
2. Documentation
Support preparation of working drawings, construction documents, and detail drawings.
Ensure documentation adheres to design standards, client briefs, and local regulations.
3. Project Coordination
Work closely with senior architects, designers, and project managers in day-to-day project execution.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors during various project stages.
Attend site visits, assist with measurements, and support quality checks.
4. Client Interaction
Participate in client meetings and presentations under guidance.
Incorporate client feedback and design revisions as needed.
