About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Draft invitations for the invitees and follow up on the participation status.
2. Manage the travel itinerary of the participants and logistics.
3. Assist the communication team in designing the concept note and event outreach material.
4. Ensure promotion of the event on relevant platforms.
5. Visit the venue city for meetings if required.
6. Assist the international participants with visa support.
Note: Junior Event Manager will support the team in day-to-day coordination with the various government officials and international partners to confirm their participation in the event and assist the team in organizing the event.
