Key responsibilities:1. Collaborate with senior designers to create mood boards and concepts for upcoming collections
2. Assist in the development of sketches and technical drawings for garments
3. Source materials and trims for sampling and production
4. Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs
5. Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into your designs
6. Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately
7. Attend industry events and fashion shows to gather inspiration and network with other professionals
