About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Finance & Accounts Support: Assist in maintaining daily financial entries and transactions. Process and record vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and expense reports. Help prepare basic MIS reports and support audit documentation. Track due payments and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Payroll & HR Coordination: Collaborate with the HR/Admin team to process monthly payroll inputs. Maintain employee records and salary structures in coordination with HR. Ensure timely release of salaries, incentives, and statutory deductions (PF, TDS, etc.). Assist in resolving employee payroll-related queries.
3. Admin & CEO Support: Assist the CEO with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, visa documentation, hotel reservations, and reimbursements. Maintain a tracker for the CEO's official travel and finance-related activities. Coordinate between the finance and admin teams for operational requirements.
4. Compliance Support: Support statutory compliance tasks like GST and TDS filing. Coordinate with external accountants or consultants for monthly returns and audits. Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and agreements.
