About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Assist in drafting and executing SOPs for new hires, onboarding, and documentation
2. Maintain attendance, time-keeping, and employee data records
3. Support HRMS implementation and day-to-day usage
4. Coordinate with hiring portals, agencies, and candidates
5. Schedule interviews and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
6. Assist in college outreach, hackathons, and recruitment events
7. Maintain open communication channels with employees for feedback and check-ins
8. Help design and organize internal engagement initiatives
9. Support monthly HR check-ins and performance updates
10. Assist the Founder with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and HR task tracking
11. Support internal communications, reports, and project dashboards
12. Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and basic logistics
Requirements:
1. Gain 1+ years of HR experience (full-time) in a startup or fast-paced team
2. Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills (written and verbal)
3. Show hands-on experience with Google Workspace or MS Office
4. Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills
5. Display familiarity with any HRMS (Zoho People, Keka, etc.)
6. Understand basic Indian labor laws and HR compliance
7. Be energetic, proactive, and willing to learn quickly
