As our studio grows, we're looking for a Junior HR Executive who’s passionate about people, organized in spirit, and eager to contribute to a vibrant creative culture.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Maintain key HR trackers, intern rosters, and team documentation
3. Support a positive, people-first work environment through thoughtful communication
4. Bring warmth, coordination, and rhythm to everyday studio life - from welcome kits to birthday surprises
Who we’re looking for:
1. 0–1 year of experience in HR, coordination, or team-facing roles
2. Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic online tools
3. Naturally empathetic, proactive, and detail-oriented
4. Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
