About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Organize the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics
2. Draft essential documents, manage confidential correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups
3. Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to create pitch decks, analyze data, prepare client briefs, and streamline daily operations
4. Support legal documentation, maintain case files, and coordinate PR events and stakeholder communications
5. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members to ensure smooth integration
6. Manage daily operations and maintain staff records, including tracking timesheets, milestones, and leave documentation
7. Facilitate internal communications and address team queries related to workflow protocols and policies
Requirements:
1. Possess experience in executive support, preferably with a legal or PR background, and an interest in team operations
2. Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gamma, Jasper, and experienced in MS Office/Google Workspace
3. Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities, handle confidential tasks, and communicate clearly
4. Collaborative and focused on fostering a positive and productive team environment
