About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers and dealers using Gujarati language
2. Maintain and update data accurately on Google Sheets and Excel
3. Coordinate with dealers to list vehicles, update stock, and verify correct details
4. Document leads, follow-ups, and conversions systematically
5. Support backend operations of the Junigadi platform
6. Perform regular reporting and conduct simple analytics using Excel
7. Communicate with internal sales and marketing teams to synchronize daily operations
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and data entry
2. Work comfortably with Google Sheets
3. Communicate fluently in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
4. Handle customer and dealer calls confidently
5. Stay self-organized and dependable in follow-ups and meeting deadlines
6. Apply basic knowledge of automobiles
