At The Backpacker Co, we craft unforgettable international group trips. We're looking for a sharp, travel-obsessed Ops Ninja to join our tight-knit team. If you’ve got the chops to juggle trip planning, vendor coordination, customer comms, and a buzzing ops desk- all while sipping chai- we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
A. Pre-trip prep:
Coordinate with travelers and vendors (stays, experiences and more)
Finalize itineraries, bookings, and paperwork
Keep docs and data organized and up-to-date
B. Trip execution support:
1. Assist trip leaders remotely, eventually lead trips
2. Monitor logistics in real time and solve issues like a pro
3. Keep travelers informed with updates and reminders
C. Post-trip wrap-up:
1. Collect feedback, handle follow-ups
2. Close trip reports and support financial recon
