Key responsibilities:1. Handle bookings, rescheduling & cancellation of tickets
2. Create travel quotes and manage add-ons
3. Ensure smooth check-in coordination and documentation
4. Liaise with travel partners and customers
5. Prepare the tour quotes and itineraries
6. Handle client bookings and follow-ups
7. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
8. Support end-to-end travel operations
