About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Research emerging technologies (AI, automation, etc.) and present actionable insights
2. Coordinate projects across product, tech, content, and marketing teams
3. Analyze customer journeys to improve user experience and satisfaction
4. Collect feedback and create dashboards to track program performance
5. Assist in A/B testing, product experimentation, and quality assurance
6. Support content creation, onboarding materials, and learner resources
7. Conduct competitor and market analysis to keep the program ahead
8. Act as a customer advocate, ensuring a user-first mindset in all initiatives
9. Report progress, risks, and insights to the senior leadership team
10. Help learners build real-world skills, complete projects, and succeed in the program
