About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Source, interact, talk to, counsel, guide and screen potential candidates for admissions to Athena's various management programs through various channels such as leads, data, social media, and networking events
2. Schedule & conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific courses/programs
3. Collaborate with managers to understand their needs and create a funnel that attracts high-quality applicants
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with applicants, and provide feedback to all parties involved in the recruitment/admissions process
5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future student hiring needs
6. Assist in developing student recruitment strategies and initiatives to improve the overall recruitment/admissions process
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in the market
