1. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
4. Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on job boards and the company website.
5. Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system and ensure data integrity.
6. Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs to attract prospective candidates.
7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
