About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies across multiple content-rich websites
2. Conduct technical and content audits to identify growth opportunities
3. Manage the end-to-end SEO workflow including on-page, off-page, keyword research, internal linking, and schema
4. Collaborate with editorial and video teams to ensure all content is SEO-aligned
5. Analyze traffic and keyword data using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
6. Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, content trends, and competitor activities
7. Prepare regular performance reports and contribute to overall growth strategy
Requirements:
1. Have 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally in a digital agency managing multiple projects
2. Demonstrate proven success in content marketing SEO including articles, blogs, podcasts, or magazines
3. Possess a deep understanding of technical SEO, schema, and page speed optimization
4. Be experienced in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google tools
5. Show strong communication and content coordination skills
6. Bonus: Have experience with YouTube SEO or video podcast optimization
