About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, create, and publish daily posts and stories across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
2. Design creatives using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Lightroom
3. Shoot and edit reels and videos, both behind and in front of the camera as needed
4. Respond to comments and DMs while actively engaging with the brand’s community
5. Collaborate with influencers and creators, and manage celebrity coordination for PR kits and events
6. Ensure timely campaign launches across both organic and paid channels
7. Work closely with the marketing team to support seasonal campaigns and product launches
8. Coordinate WhatsApp and email marketing using tools like Mailchimp and HubSpot
9. Maintain daily and weekly performance reports using Google Sheets
10. Track insights, engagement metrics, and campaign performance regularly
11. Ideate and execute product and lifestyle photoshoots
12. Apply a good eye for photography and styling
13. Demonstrate 0–1 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media pages
14. Use Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, and other content creation tools proficiently
15. Show comfort and confidence in front of the camera for content creation
16. Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi, written and spoken
17. Organize, track, and execute tasks efficiently using Google Sheets and dashboards
18. Understand Shopify, Meta Business Suite, and basic performance marketing concepts
19. Apply SEO basics, social media algorithms, hashtag strategy, and best content practices
20. Exhibit passion for beauty and skincare with a creative eye for clean, modern design and storytelling
