About the Job
We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a talented individual to drive our online engagement. We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to be our end-to-end social media and content specialist. You will be responsible for showcasing our products, engaging our audience, and growing our brand's reach across various digital platforms.This role is perfect for a fresher or someone with limited experience who is eager to learn and make a significant impact. Be a key player in shaping our brand's digital identity.
Key responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Plan, capture (photography & videography), edit, and produce high-quality visual content (photos, short-form videos, long-form videos) for products and brand storytelling.
Design and update engaging visual assets like product catalogues, price lists, and promotional graphics.
2. Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain active presence across all designated platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, YouTube, WhatsApp Business/Channels).
Schedule and publish content consistently.
Monitor social media trends and engage with our audience (respond to comments, messages).
Identify and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
3. Strategy & Planning (with guidance):
Collaborate with the management to understand product features and marketing goals.
Proactively suggest new content ideas and formats.
4. Product Understanding:
Rapidly learn and understand product range and their applications.
