About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Act as the main point of contact between me and collaborators, brands, and vendors
2. Manage daily calendars, to-do lists, reminders, and schedules
3. Coordinate shoots, events, travel plans, and meetings
4. Assist with posting, editing, and organizing social media content (Reels, Stories, Captions, etc.)
5. Stay updated with trends and suggest fresh content ideas
6. Help manage DMs, emails, and basic communication
7. Support in planning upcoming launches (YouTube, podcast, product line, etc.)
8. Keep projects running smoothly and help maintain balance between work and life
9. Occasionally travel for events, shoots, or work-related meetings
