About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, schedule, and execute monthly social media content calendars
2. Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand voice and goals
3. Manage daily platform activities including posting, responding to comments and DMs, and engaging with followers
4. Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth
5. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
6. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders for campaigns
7. Coordinate influencer collaborations and user-generated content
8. Suggest and test creative formats to increase brand visibility
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate 1 year of experience in social media management (brand, agency, or freelance)
2. Show proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Suite)
3. Display strong copywriting and captioning skills
4. Apply basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
5. Utilize video editing tools like CapCut or InShot (preferred)
6. Interpret insights and improve strategy using an analytical mindset
7. Show passion for digital trends, content creation, and brand storytelling
