About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for your campus including Reels, Shorts, Stories, and Posts
2. Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure brand alignment and secure approvals
3. Maintain a cohesive aesthetic, tone, and platform-specific strategy across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more
4. Partner with students, faculty, and in-house creators to curate UGC and brand stories
5. Plan, coordinate, and lead shoot days from scheduling to obtaining necessary approvals
6. Edit content using quick, trend-driven formats or collaborate with editors for fast turnarounds
7. Identify and nurture campus influencers and storytellers to amplify their voices
8. Activate student communities through offline meetups, content challenges, and mini-campaigns
9. Empower students to create and share engaging content
10. Monitor and analyze the performance of posts, reels, and campaigns weekly
11. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement
12. Share monthly reports with actionable insights and next steps
Requirements:
1. Have 0–1 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management
2. Be a self-starter and content hustler who can shoot on a phone today and plan a campaign tomorrow
3. Stay plugged into Gen-Z culture, trends, memes, and storytelling formats
4. Work independently on-ground while coordinating with a central marketing team remotely
5. Be comfortable being on camera, behind the camera, or directing the camera
