About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Source and attract candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
2. Manage official recruiter accounts and job postings effectively.
3. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
4. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
5. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
6. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
7. Conduct interviews via phone or in person.
8. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
9. Serve as the contact person for candidate queries.
10. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
11. Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding processes.
12. Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.
13. Facilitate new hire orientation to introduce company policies, values, and culture.
14. Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
15. Plan and execute induction sessions to help new hires understand their roles.
16. Assist employees in settling into their roles and the organization smoothly.
17. Support managers and teams in ensuring new employees become productive and engaged.
