1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
2. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Assist in the negotiation and offer process to secure top talent for our team
7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management
