About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons as per curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE/State Board)
2. Teach classes for Grades XI & XII, and assist with Grades IX & X if required
3. Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (like JEE/NEET), and Olympiads
4. Maintain student records, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback
5. Develop engaging lesson plans using modern teaching tools and digital aids
6. Use differentiated instruction strategies to cater to all learner levels
7. Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning
8. Maintain discipline, ensure safety, and foster a positive learning environment
