About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handling customer inquiries in daily basis.
2. Calling leads for getting requirements.
3. Handling the entire process from Calling the new prospect to attending & assisting the clients till the end of their journey & Getting their Feedback.
4. Preparation of Travel Itineraries/Packages.
5. Timely Follow Up with clients and successful business conversion.
6. Assist in Product development and marketing of new products, such as Holiday packages.
7. Fixed Departure tour planning & assisting the consumer through the entire process.
8. Contracting with Hotels and resorts.
9. Finding new & existing suppliers and bonding with them for getting best rates.
10. Sending e-mails to the suppliers or communicating with them for better quotation. Contracting with Suppliers.
11. Representation of Travel-Xploria Attending various travel & tourism fairs.
12. Visiting Corporate for presentation & generating leads for business conversion.
13. If needed, escorting groups or handling group tours.
14. Actively assist in the Booking and Reservation Process.
