About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. Understand client travel requirements and offer customized solutions.
2. Recommend destinations, transportation options, accommodation, and travel packages.
3. Promote and upsell travel services, insurance, tours, and other products
4. Plan and create complete travel itineraries based on client preferences.
5. Book flights, hotels, car rentals, visas, and other services through GDS or direct systems.
6. Ensure all bookings are accurate and confirmed.
