About the Job
Role overview:We’re looking for a Graphic Designer and video editor who can execute ownership of creative projects and deliver impactful visual solutions across digital, social, and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to understand strategy and compelling visuals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design social media creatives, thumbnails, covers, reels, and promotional assets for podcast episodes.
2. Edit long-form and short-form video content for the podcast, including intros/outros, transitions, and highlights.
3. Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints—logo usage, typography, color palette, and design language.
4. Create static and motion graphics for digital campaigns, websites, emailers, and events.
5. Collaborate with podcast hosts, content writers, and marketing to translate ideas into visual storytelling.
6. Ensure timely delivery of assets while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Encouraging professional growth and continuous learning.
