1. Work as part of the Investment Team, focusing on the operations side of the business.
2. Monitor client portfolios and prepare detailed client portfolio reports.
3. Lead operations related to making portfolio changes effectively and efficiently.
4. Collaborate directly with the Investment Team to manage investment operations and gain insights into portfolio management.
5. Coordinate with mutual fund houses to gather crucial information for client reports and investment outlook reports.
6. Serve as the backbone of the Investment and Customer Success Team by managing customer queries and handling escalations professionally.
