About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and manage acquisition campaigns across channels including affiliate, programmatic, and OEMs to drive revenue and increase ROI
2. Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and quantitative analysis
3. Identify marketing performance issues and perform root cause analysis using tools like Google Analytics
4. Develop easy-to-use reporting and visualization dashboards for KPIs such as demand funnel, marketing ROI, and campaign impact
5. Understand and define new KPI metric requirements for performance management and optimization
6. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies, innovations, and case studies
7. Deliver measurable improvements in ROI and cost per acquisition across all channels
8. Work on account growth strategy to retain clients and grow revenue through upselling offerings and products

Requirements:

1. Possess 0–1 years of relevant experience
2. Communicate product ideas effectively with excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Apply strong analytical skills to interpret and analyze client data
4. Manage time and multitask efficiently to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
5. Demonstrate advanced motivational and negotiation skills
6. Bring experience in account management in mobile or online advertising or direct marketing as a preference
