About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and relevant industry segments
2. Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, targeted email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and strategic partnerships
3. Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or product demos with prospective clients
4. Assist in aligning messaging, campaign targeting, and lead generation strategies with the marketing and business development teams
5. Contribute to the development of inside sales collateral such as email templates, outreach scripts, and follow-up sequences for ongoing and upcoming campaigns
6. Support the planning and execution of marketing and sales initiatives, including webinars, targeted email campaigns, and industry-specific newsletters
7. Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and communication logs in CRM tools like HubSpot
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
2. Experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
3. Strong research and analytical skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with high attention to detail
6. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
7. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and outreach platforms is an advantage
8. Exposure to SaaS, Industrial IoT, or digital transformation solutions is a plus
9. Candidates with engineering backgrounds and an interest in technology-driven sales are highly encouraged to apply
