About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and target potential student audiences through online and offline channels
2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, colleges, and student communities
3. Generate qualified leads (students interested in our programs) through strategic outreach efforts
4. Build and manage student databases in Excel/CRM tools, ensuring accuracy and regular updates
5. Collaborate with content/design teams to create compelling promotional materials
6. Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results
7. Reach out to college representatives, student influencers, and clubs to drive partnership-based lead generation
8. Report weekly on lead numbers, conversion status, and campaign effectiveness
