About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic learning solutions trainer to join our team at S.G.K Skill Solutions. If you have a strong knowledge of MS-Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a crowd, then we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver training programs on finance, accounting, and business acumen topics using MS-Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
2. Provide support to Marketing and Branding initiatives.
3. Manage and oversee the progress and performance of trainees in the program.
4. Create and maintain training materials and resources for the curriculum.
5. Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to incorporate into training sessions.
7. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
