About the Job
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn. This is a critical position for the company and involves everything from content creation and scheduling to lead generation, nurturing conversations, and even closing deals with potential buyers.This is not just a social media posting job; we want someone who understands B2B buyer behavior and can actively contribute to international business development via LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
A. LinkedIn Content Strategy & Management
1. Create a weekly/monthly LinkedIn content calendar aligned with business goals.
2. Write engaging posts (text, image, and short-form video) that showcase our products, success stories, educational content, and company culture.
3. Collaborate with design or video teams (internal or freelance) to create impactful creatives.
4. Post consistently across the company page and leadership profiles (e.g., CEO/Founder).
B. Community Engagement
1. Monitor and respond to all comments, likes, and DMs on LinkedIn posts.
2. Actively engage with relevant industry professionals, potential buyers, and partners through thoughtful comments and connection-building.
3. Track post-performance and recommend improvements.
C. LinkedIn Lead Generation
1. Use Sales Navigator and LinkedIn search tools to identify potential B2B buyers, procurement heads, and business partners globally.
2. Send personalized connection requests and intro messages.
3. Nurture connections by sharing case studies, product info, and initiating meaningful conversations.
D. Sales Funnel & Deal Closing
1. Maintain a warm leads pipeline from LinkedIn.
2. Follow up on interested leads with product brochures, pricing, and offers.
3. Schedule and join Zoom/Google Meet calls with prospects (in coordination with the business head).
4. Help convert leads into actual orders — acting as the bridge between marketing and sales.
E. Analytics & Reporting
1. Maintain a daily/weekly tracker for outreach, responses, engagements, and lead progress.
2. Share weekly performance reports and insights with management.
3. Suggest tools or automation platforms (like Buffer, Taplio, etc.) that can help improve efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and/or B2B social selling.
2. Excellent written English and content writing skills.
3. Comfortable with content tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and scheduling platforms.
4. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools for prospecting.
5. Ability to manage conversations professionally with international clients.
