About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Deliver pre-sales technical demos and standard presentations showcasing the capabilities of PTC Creo or other software
2. Interact one-on-one with customers to understand their requirements and provide customized technical demos based on their work profiles
3. Support sales executives with technical inputs to help close sales deals
4. Configure and install Creo or other software at the customer’s end
5. Conduct training sessions at customer premises tailored to their specific needs
6. Provide technical solutions for customer queries either on-site or via remote access
7. Visit customers regularly and maintain strong relationships
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate good communication skills
2. Show readiness to learn new design technologies and solutions
3. Apply excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
4. Be willing to travel as required
5. Possess knowledge of PTC Creo Parametric or any other 3D CAD software
6. Bring knowledge of CAE software like ANSYS as an added advantage
