About the Job
As a management trainee in the talent acquisition team, you will support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Non-IT roles across multiple industries. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build a rewarding career in HR and recruitment, with strong exposure to sourcing, screening, and coordination.Key responsibilities:
1. Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions provided by clients.
2. Source potential candidates using job portals, databases, and social media platforms.
3. Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
4. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
5. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
6. Follow up with candidates post-interview and during the offer stage.
7. Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
8. Meet daily and weekly targets for sourcing, screening, and candidate closures.
Requirements:
1. 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
2. Must have access to a personal laptop.
3. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and familiarity with platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
4. Basic knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and coordination best practices.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
