About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Create new posts on the clinic website following the existing format
2. Maintain consistency in layout, visuals, and responsiveness
3. Add content into proper CMS fields with references and basic formatting
4. Handle website maintenance, enhancement of features, and security
5. Run SEO checks (meta tags, titles, internal linking, alt text, etc.)
6. Fix issues like broken links, uncompressed images, or poor keyword usage
7. Suggest improvements to enhance Google visibility
8. Track website and page performance via tools like Google Analytics
9. Suggest SEO-friendly blog topics or trending content themes
10. Collaborate on physical marketing materials like banners, flyers, tent cards, or in-clinic display boards
11. Help ideate and execute local promotions and patient engagement strategies
12. Assist in managing Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook accounts
13. Post regular content, respond to comments, and track interactions
14. Keep the Google My Business profile updated with reviews, service info, and new photos
15. Capture photos or videos in the clinic occasionally for social or listing use
16. Support in enhancing and digitizing HR workflows using Zoho HR software
17. Assist with onboarding, documentation, and internal HR process improvements
18. Collaborate on budget creation and expense tracking for two dental clinics
19. Contribute to short-term financial planning and cost optimization projects
20. Assist with NABH accreditation processes
21. Help in preparing documentation for statutory approvals and empanelment with key government and private organizations (e.g., ISRO, BHEL)
22. Provide support for day-to-day clinic administration and staff coordination
