About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan and run digital campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
2. Collaborate with content/design teams for creatives like banners, reels, and captions.
3. Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
4. Manage promotions via email and WhatsApp; respond to online queries/messages.
5. Assist with website content, blog coordination, and basic SEO (keywords, competitor analysis).
6. Make outbound calls and follow-ups to explain services and convert leads.
7. Attend client meetings, campus drives, webinars, and other outreach events.
8. Maintain lead/client data in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
9. Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
10. Balance digital marketing efforts with on-ground business development.
