Key responsibilities:1. Create, manage, and optimize product listings – titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords
2. Maintain catalog hygiene, accuracy, and platform compliance
3. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order flow
4. Monitor and resolve issues related to returns, delays, and cancellations
5. Analyze platform performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements
6. Plan and execute pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns
7. Enhance visibility with SEO, A+ content, and backend keyword optimization
8. Liaise with platform account managers for day-to-day support and strategic guidance
