About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in the installation of water purifiers at residential, commercial, and industrial locations
2. Conduct scheduled servicing and filter replacements for existing customers
3. Perform on-site diagnostics and basic troubleshooting of water purification systems
4. Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work completed
5. Educate customers on product use, routine care, and maintenance best practices
6. Promote add-on services such as alkaline filters, AMC (annual maintenance contracts), and replacement parts
7. Support basic on-ground marketing by sharing promotional materials or updates with customers
8. Gather feedback from clients to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction
9. Coordinate with the support team for inventory, spare parts, and job scheduling
10. Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation in the field
