Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth KPIs.
2. D2C Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research, market trend analysis, and consumer behaviour studies to identify growth opportunities.
3. Audience Research & Targeting: Develop detailed customer personas and use data-driven targeting strategies to reach the right audience segments.
4. Funnel-wise Budget Distribution: Allocate and optimize budgets across the for maximum ROI.
5. Campaign Scaling & Performance Optimization: Scale successful campaigns while maintaining or improving performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
6. Incremental Growth Planning: Build and implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition, improve AOV and LTV, and achieve sustainable business growth.
7. Custom Performance Metrics Analysis: Create and manage performance dashboards with KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, MER, and conversion rates to measure campaign success.
8. Creative Performance Analysis: Collaborate with creative teams to test, analyze, and iterate on ad creatives for continuous performance improvement.
