About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and confident NDR associate to join our logistics team. This role is critical to ensuring successful delivery resolution by handling escalations, coordinating with courier partners, and managing customer queries effectively. The ideal candidate will have a bold personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving operational processes.Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and take ownership of non-delivered orders (NDRs) daily.
2. Connect with customers to verify delivery issues and attempt resolution in a timely manner.
3. Handle escalated or agitated customers with confidence and empathy.
4. Coordinate with courier partners for order re-attempts, escalations, and resolution tracking.
5. Maintain systematic records of NDR data and follow-ups.
6. Assist in creating and implementing new systems for tracking, reporting, and analyzing NDR trends.
7. Use Excel tools (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas) for data maintenance and reporting.
8. Support team operations during the absence of any member by taking over critical tasks.
9. Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager on special projects and ad-hoc activities.
Who you are:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or a similar operations role.
2. Comfortable with making calls daily (tentatively 100-120)
3. Strong command over Hindi (mandatory) and good knowledge of English
4. Possess a bold and assertive personality, with the ability to manage escalations effectively.
5. Basic understanding of logistics terminologies and workflow.
6. Comfortable with Microsoft Excel functions including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and formulas.
7. A quick learner with a hands-on approach and high attention to detail.
8. Open to learning new systems and tools to improve effectively.
9. Team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
