Key responsibilities:1. Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative methods
2. Post job openings on appropriate platforms, ensuring roles are visible to diverse audiences
3. Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing clear communication and a positive experience
4. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
5. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain organized records
6. Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, recommend candidates, and advise on hiring decisions
7. Stay updated on non-IT hiring trends and salary expectations for various non-IT roles
8. Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices
