Key responsibilities:1. Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries
2. Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
3. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and documentation
5. Maintain office files, records, and databases (digital and paper-based)
6. Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers
7. Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office equipment and facilities
8. Support team members with administrative and clerical tasks as required
